14.9. klo 10-15 Uusia alkuja –Tapahtuma opiskelijoille ja omaan kotiin muuttaneille –
Opintojen aloittaminen ja omaan kotiin muuttaminen on jännittävää, ihanaa ja parasta – mutta myös melko kallista. Esimerkiksi keittiön tarvikkeet voivat olla yllättävänkin iso kustannus. Mutta ei hätää, onneksi Martat tulevat apuun!
Pohjois-Karjalan Martat järjestävät opiskelijoille ja omaan kotiin muuttaneille Uusia alkuja -kierrätystapahtuman 14.9. klo 10-15 Marttakeskuksella, Koskikatu 5-7. Tapahtumasta voit noutaa kotiisi tarvitsemiasi keittiötarvikkeita – ja vieläpä täysin ILMAISEKSI!
Saatavilla on niin astioita, ruoanlaittovälineitä kuin muitakin keittiötarvikkeita. Tavarat on kerätty sekä martoilta että muilta ihmisiltä, jotka ovat halunneet lahjoittaa ylimääräiset käytetyt tai käyttämättömät keittiövälineensä opiskelijoille. Kaikki astiat on tarkastettu ja ne ovat hyväkuntoisia ja käyttökelpoisia.
Keittiötarvikkeiden lisäksi tapahtumassa annetaan vinkkejä ruokahävikin vähentämiseen, opastetaan jätteiden lajittelussa ja esitellään marttojen toimintaa.

NEW BEGINNINGS
– Event for students and other young people who have recently moved to live on their own –
The beginning of new studies and moving on your own might be exiting, wonderful and the best thing ever – but at the same time it can also be quite expensive. Especially all the kitchen utensils might cause surprisingly huge costs. But no worries, luckily we have Marthas here to help!
North Karelian Marthas are organizing a recycling event for students and other young people who have just moved to live on their own. The event will be held at 14th of Septemper at 10-15 at Marthacenter, Koskikatu 5-7. You are welcome to the event to look for some kitchen utensils you might need and guess what – you’ll get all for FREE!
At the event there will be all kind of kitchen articles to find, for example different kind of table ware and cooking tools. All the kitchen utensils are donated by the Marthas and by other people, who have wanted to give away the used or unused utensils they won’t need anymore. All the articles will be checked, sound and usable.
Besides the free kitchen articles there will be also tips how to reduce foodspill, advices for recycling and information what marthas are all about.
