Kitchen rental

Uudenmaan Martat has two teaching kitchens, dining room, and a studio kitchen. Premises can be rented for educational, course and party use. We rent premises both for companies and for private use.

Information about renting the premises

• The premises are located in Tapiola next to metro station, address Sammonsilta 8. 3nd floor, 02100 Espoo.
• We rent premises from Monday to Sunday between 9.00 AM to 23.00 PM
• You can bring your own foods and drinks or cook in our kitchens
• Tenant in responsible for cleaning the premises within the rental time
• Minimun rental time is 4 hours
• From companies we charge 24 % VAT
• You can cancel your rental booking 2 weeks before the rental date. If you cancel after this, we charge 200 € of penalty fee. If you don’t cancel your rental booking, but don’t use it, we charge the whole rent.

• Fits 16 people to cook and dine
• Rental price is 100 €/h

Kitchen (1. or 2) and dining hall

• Fits 16 people to cook and 35 people to dine.
• Rental price is 180 €/h,

Both kitchens and dining hall

• Both kitchens fit altogether 32 people to cook
• You can fit up to 64 people to dine, but tables will be located in different rooms
• When booking both kitchens and dining room, price is 250 €/h

Studio Kitchen

• E.g. For photo-shoots and online food courses.
• Price is 100€/h.

Access to premises

• We have both an elevator and toilet for disabled people.
